How much is the land per m²?
Phase 2 sale prices per m² fall into four groups according to the volume of excavation on the parcel: Group A cash 3,000 ₺ / instalments 4,000 ₺, Group B 2,500 ₺ / 3,600 ₺, Group C 2,100 ₺ / 3,100 ₺, Group D 1,750 ₺ / 2,500 ₺.
How is payment made?
One quarter of the price is paid in cash and the remainder is paid in three equal instalments within two years.
When will Phase 2 be opened for allocation?
The 414-hectare Phase 2 will be offered for allocation once the zoning plan has been approved. You can already submit your pre-request now with the Investor Pre-Request Form.
What conditions apply for an allocation?
Applicants must work in a sector eligible for regional incentives and meet requirements such as export sales above USD 250,000, low environmental risk, use of renewable energy, low water demand and a process report.
What happens if several applications are made for one parcel?
The company to receive the allocation is chosen by tender; as an application fee, a cash advance of 1% of the plot price or a letter of guarantee is collected.
What is the electricity infrastructure like?
The zone distributes electricity itself under its OSB Electricity Distribution Licence. The closed-ring, fully underground network is monitored around the clock via SCADA.
Is natural gas available?
The tender process has been completed and work on the network line has begun.
