Since obtaining its OSB Electricity Distribution Licence in 2024, the zone distributes electricity itself.

• 1 main distribution centre and 9 distribution centres
• Closed-ring network for uninterrupted power
• Fully underground network serving each parcel individually
• Network monitored around the clock via SCADA
• Subscribers follow consumption in real time through the OSOS system

Service water comes from the intake structure in the Yanık Değirmen Burnaz water basin, 4.2 km from the zone.

• 632 l/s of water taken from the basin is pumped into a 5,000 m³ tank
• It is distributed from the tank to the factories in the zone
• The whole system runs automatically through an automation system.

• Our natural gas distribution has started at a capacity of 5,000 m³ and is available to all participants.
• Consumption is monitored in real time with OSOS.
