Land sale prices are set in four groups according to the amount of excavation each parcel requires.

Group A

Instalments: 4,000 ₺/m²

Group B

2,500 ₺

per m² · cash

Instalments: 3,600 ₺/m²

Group C

2,100 ₺

per m² · cash

Instalments: 3,100 ₺/m²

Group D

1,750 ₺

per m² · cash

Instalments: 2,500 ₺/m²

Payment plan

One quarter in cash, the rest in 3 equal instalments over two years
