Message from the Chairman
Governor of Adana and Chairman of the Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone Board of Directors Mr Mustafa Yavuz said that, given both its geographical location and its role in hosting strategic-scale investments, Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone is moving with determination and confidence towards becoming one of our country's most important industrial zones.
The Governor noted that Ceyhan OSB is surrounded by Erzin Organised Industrial Zone to the east and, to the west, by the Ceyhan Energy Specialised Zone together with the Ceyhan Free Zone, the BOTAŞ facilities, the Rönesans Industrial Facilities and the industrial investments in the Toroslar area, and that this creates a strong industrial, energy and logistics ecosystem in the region. He emphasised that this integrated structure makes Ceyhan a centre of great appeal for investors.
Stating that the strong logistics infrastructure provided by the proximity to ports and by motorway and railway connections gives Ceyhan OSB fast and effective access to both domestic and international markets, Mr Mustafa Yavuz said that these advantages directly support production and export capacity.
The Governor, who also attaches particular importance to infrastructure investments, noted that the wide, high-standard OSB roads, suitable for heavy-tonnage transport, planned and built within Ceyhan OSB are an important element that eases industrial traffic and increases logistics efficiency. He added that the firm establishment of an uninterrupted and sustainable drinking and utility water infrastructure that meets the needs of industrialists offers the zone an important advantage in terms of investment security.
Emphasising that the energy, logistics and industrial investments made in Ceyhan in recent years through cooperation between the public and private sectors have made the district's potential more visible, Mr Mustafa Yavuz stated that Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone plays a strategic and critical role not only in Adana's industrial development but also in Türkiye's production capacity, employment growth and economic development goals.
Stating that all the work being carried out at Ceyhan OSB is followed closely and meticulously, the Governor added that work will continue with determination, in coordination with public institutions, so that the zone becomes an exemplary model that contributes to growth strategies focused on industry, employment and exports.
