Unit-Price Tender Notice
The Construction Works for the New ADM Double-Circuit Energy Transmission Line between İkizler TM and Ceyhan OSB at Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone will be put out to tender on a unit-price basis.

2. The construction work to be tendered
a) Nature, type and quantity: Open tender by the open-bid procedure.
The works within the scope of this tender are summarised below:
· Installation of a 9.1 km overhead energy transmission line with 2x3x477 MCM (double-circuit HAWK) conductors, plus construction of a 2.2 km double-circuit cable energy transmission line (2x4x1x400/35 AL XLP), including digging of the pole pits and cable trenches and stringing of the conductors
· 1 Distribution Centre (including the transformer, installation of the MV cell and civil works)
b) Location: Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone
c) Start date: Within 5 days of the date on which notice of the signing of the contract is given, the site will be handed over and the work will begin.
d) Duration of the work: 100 (one hundred) calendar days.
4. The tender documents can be viewed at the Ceyhan OSB Zone Directorate from 18.02.2026 and can be obtained from the same address on CD or by e-mail for 5,000.00 TL. Anyone submitting a bid must purchase the tender documents. The document fee must be paid from the bidding company's account into Ceyhan OSB's Vakıfbank Ceyhan Branch account, IBAN TR71 0001 5001 5800 7309 8186 57.
5. So that bidders can see and inspect the place where the work will be carried out and its surroundings, a visit to the site will be made on 25/02/2026 at 13:30, departing from the COSB administrative building. Bidders must have purchased the tender documents in order to take part in the site visit.
6. Bids may be submitted to the Ceyhan OSB Zone Directorate until 13:30 on 05.03.2026. Bids sent by post will not be accepted. The tender will be held at 14:00 in the Zone Directorate building by the open-bid procedure, on a unit-price basis, with a discount offered on the whole of the work that applies to each of the unit prices.
7. Bidders will submit their bids on the basis of unit prices. A unit-price contract will be signed with the bidder to whom the tender is awarded.
8. Bidders will provide a bid bond letter for not less than 5% of the bid amount, valid for at least 60 calendar days from the date of the tender.
9. The validity period of the bids submitted must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of the tender.

11. A performance bond of unlimited duration is taken in the amount of 10% of the tender amount.
12. The Administration is not subject to Public Procurement Law No. 4734, Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735 or State Tender Law No. 2886, and is entirely free to hold the tender or not, to hold it in part, or to award it to whomever it sees fit.
