Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone Excavation and Rough Road Construction Tender
The tender for 7.333 km of excavation and rough road construction within the zoned area of Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone, to be built to the route, elevation, width and specification set out in the OSB zoning plan, will be held at 15.00 on Thursday, 3 June 2021, in the meeting hall of the Ceyhan District Governor's Office.
The tender will be by the sealed-envelope procedure. Any firm from within Türkiye may take part, provided that it submits a bid bond letter from a bank in Türkiye for 3% of its bid amount, presents a work completion certificate for work carried out in Türkiye in the last 5 years amounting to not less than 80% of its bid amount, and is able to meet the number and qualifications of personnel and machinery set out in the technical and administrative specifications.
The excavation and rough road construction works must be completed within 4 months of the approval of the tender. The tender documents for these works, together with explanatory information, may be obtained from 26.05.2021 from the Zone Directorate on the 2nd floor of the District Governor's Office, on payment of 1,000.00 TL into the OSB bank account.
Bids must be submitted to the Zone Directorate by 14.00 on 03.06.2021 at the latest.

Within the scope of the tender, each of the following will be carried out separately:
- 1,457,336 m3 of cut and side-borrow excavation in all types and classes of ground, using all types of machinery;
- 391,128 m3 of fill, watering and compaction;
- 108,223 m3 of weak-ground (topsoil) excavation and reuse.
- No excavation or fill material will be brought in from outside the OSB, and none will be taken out of the OSB.
