COSB Board of Directors Meeting Held under the Chairmanship of Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger
The Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone (OSB) Board of Directors meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Governor of Adana, Mr Yavuz Selim Köşger, in the Governorship Meeting Hall.
The meeting was attended by Mr Murtaza Dayanç, Deputy Chairman of the Ceyhan OSB Board of Directors and District Governor of Sarıçam; İsrafil Uçurum, Assembly Chairman of the Adana Chamber of Industry; Şeref Can, Chairman of the Ceyhan Chamber of Commerce; Dinçer Dinç, Member of the Adana Metropolitan Municipality Council; Ali Döner, Deputy Zone Director of Ceyhan OSB; and the technical staff of Ceyhan OSB.
The meeting addressed the infrastructure and superstructure projects under construction at Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone, the investment processes and the allocation status of the industrial parcels. Participants exchanged information on the current work in the zone and made assessments on planning for the coming period.
In his address at the meeting, Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger drew attention to the contribution that Ceyhan OSB will make to Adana's industrial potential and employment capacity. Emphasising that Ceyhan OSB is of strategic importance not only for Adana but also for Türkiye's economic development, Governor Köşger said: “Ceyhan Organised Industrial Zone will increase our region's production power, support employment and add significant value to the national economy.”
Governor Köşger also underlined the importance of the relevant institutions and organisations acting in coordination and cooperation so that the works progress as planned.
